so in the 19th of the last month i tried to kms and i went to the hospital the same im 27 days but ok in that 27 days i had to talk again cuz in my house i dont talk w no one and i dont go out but i had to talk, see persons in the eyes and that gave me alot of anxiety but the worse part is almost the whole hospital know me and instad waving their hand NO, they had to hug me...

ngl the nurses and doctor are kinda nice i dont eat at all like i eat maybe 700 kcals per week so have days i dont eat and drink and anothers i eat some chicken or a protein bar but they like dont force me cuz ig im not skinny (48kg 165cm) but i dont eat cause food are disgusting texture smeel and flavour or maybe cuz im autistic that kinda affects idk but i prefer drinking monster ultra white cuz dont have a strong flavor not sweet but not bitter its perfect the only drink i like strong is strong black coffe without sugar idk but its a perfect drink for all tbh.
